By registering for a secure online account for Council Tax, Business Rates or Benefits, you will gain access to a wide range of information. Including, account balances, banding information, be able to view payments made and when future payments are due.
For Benefits you can view historical payments, future payments and who the benefit will be paid to.
You can help to save paper and reduce costs by signing up for electronic billing, this will enable you to view your council tax bill or benefit notification letters online. You can also report a change of address or changes to your benefit. Please note there are separate forms that must be completed for these changes, this can be done via our website or via your online account.
Before you complete this registration form, please note that you will need to know your council tax account number which can be found on your council tax bill. If you are registering for a benefit online account you will need a benefit reference and if you have ever claimed benefit, your National Insurance number.
